Do you offer colored photographs?
At the present time we do not offer colored photographs.
Can I just buy the photographs?
We prefer to offer completed keepsakes rather than photographs to ensure our work is of the highest quality and is displayed to our standards. However... photos can be purchased at $15-20 per photo, depending on the size and number ordered. Please call to place your order 888.605.4808.
How big is the final frame size?
Completed Dimensions are:
For 1-8 windows
• Space between photos = .75" (except for 8 photos is .70")
• Space around windows = 2.0625" top bottom & sides
• Final size range (depending on frame size range of between .5"- 2.25") is:
1 photo = 10x8 PLUS add frame width multiplied by 2 for each side of the frame. (ie; .5" frame = add 1")
2 photos = 10x12.625 PLUS frame width x2
3 photos = 10x17.25 PLUS frame width x2
4 photos = 10x21.875 PLUS frame width x2
5 photos = 10x26.5 PLUS frame width x2
6 photos = 10x31.25 PLUS frame width x2
7 photos = 10x 35.75 PLUS frame width x2
8 photos = Space between photos = .70; Final size = 10x40 PLUS frame width x2
For 9-13 windows
• Space between photos = .75" (except for 13 photos is .50")
• Space around windows = Top & Bottom = 2.4375; Ends = 2.0625
• Final size range (depending on frame size range of between .5"- 2.25") is:
9 photos = 10x40.50 PLUS frame width x2
10 photos = 10x44.625 PLUS frame width x2
11 photos = 10x48.75 PLUS frame width x2
12 photos = 10x52.875 PLUS frame width x2
13 photos = Space between photos = .50; Final size = 10x54 PLUS frame width x2
How big are the photos?
4" x 6" for frames sizes up to 8 windows across. 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" for 9-13 windows.
What kind of paper are the prints printed on?
We print on the highest quality Kodak Professional Endura Supra Luster. This premium paper provides exceptional realistic reproduction, intense blacks, and enhanced detail from highlights to shadows.
What type of matboards do you use?
Our mats are Crescent Decorative with surface, core and backing paper buffered ph neutral.

What is the average turnaround time?
Turnaround time is about a week. We do offer a RUSH option during checkout for last minute deadlines. We also will strive accommodate any special needs. Please contact us at support@alphabetsandarchictecture.com if you are hesitant about receiving your keepsake on time. We’ll do our best to get your order to you.
Will you send me a confirmation e-mail after I order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after ordering.

What is your return policy?
If there is nothing wrong with the product (ie:damage), you can return your product within 14 days. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Turnaround is about a week. Then it depends on the shipping method chosen. US Ground will take approximately 2-5 days.
